As the global population grows, so does the need for critical, life-sustaining systems and infrastructure. Our Health & Resilience investments catalyze innovations that strengthen and connect communities while bolstering resilience, protecting natural resources, improving health outcomes, and advancing economic opportunity. Our Theory of Change illustrates how our investments in climate adaptation technologies and infrastructure are accelerating the shift to more resilient and equitable social, economic, and environmental systems.
We invest across five sectors where Autodesk's expertise in architecture, engineering, construction, and design and manufacturing can accelerate scale and growth.
Ensure sustainable, reliable access to healthy and affordable food globally
Power business, healthcare, and life-sustaining infrastructure with clean energy
Ensure access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) for improved quality of life
Accelerate the development of affordable housing and reliable infrastructure
Support catalytic funding to accelerate life-improving innovations

Our Health & Resilience portfolio of nonprofits, startups, and intermediary funders primarily focuses on regions most vulnerable to climate change, including Sub-Saharan Africa, the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, and South America. In addition to capital, our portfolio has access to Autodesk resources through in-kind support, including technology, training, pro bono consulting, storytelling, and networks.
Through our impact measurement and management practice, we evaluate the impact of our Health & Resilience portfolio based on outcomes related to environmental protection, community health and well-being, and economic advancement as measures of increased resilience.
